About Me
Hi! My name is Gay Lee Schumann. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor-Associate who is currently under the supervision of Karen S. Tyndall, MA, LPC-S of Plano Counseling Center. Prior to being an LPC-Associate, I spent twenty-seven years in the field of public education in both teaching and administrative positions. During my time in education, I learned about compliance, marketing, coaching, record-keeping and many other skills that have helped me create a private practice. I have packaged what I have learned by establishing my own practice and I want to hand it to those of you who are starting your own private practice journey!
