My name is Gay Lee Schumann and I believe that we were created for success.  Although employers can turn us down and others can voice negative comments, there are no negative beliefs like those that we have about ourselves.  Whether you are seeking individual coaching or a group presentation, it is my goal to help you reach yours!

I hold two graduate degrees: an M.ED. in Educational Leadership and Policy Studies and an MA in Professional Counseling.  I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and also hold multiple teaching certifications, including an administrative certification. I have spent 27 years in education in both teaching and administrative positions.  I have been a teacher, an instructional coach, an assistant principal, a consultant and a program coordinator.  In addition to being a coach and consultant, I also own a private therapy practice.
