The goal of individual coaching is to help you gain a vision for your life and to put that vision into action. The difference between dreams and visions is simple: a dream is a thought without feet. A vision is a dream with attainable goals, specific steps and a timeline for completion.

As a coach, I can assist you with taking your dream to a vision by providing you with the following:
a confidential space to work through future challenges
vision creation
strategies to challenge the challenges
support while taking the necessary steps to meet your goals
considerations for outside resources that may be necessary to meet your goals

For those who are currently raising young children (ages 0-5 years of age), there are multiple challenges that arise during this stage:
Educational environment (homeschooling, public school, private school, etc.)
Transitions from preschool to Kindergarten to elementary
Concerns about disabilities
Child development and appropriate expectations for the child's age
I have spent 27 years in the field of education in both teaching and administrative decisions. The majority of those years were spent in early childhood positions, as well as in special education. I help parents prepare their children ( and themselves) for the educational years of their lives, regardless of educational setting.
Cost: $75 per appointment (Package of 5 or 10 appointments)

The thought of beginning a private practice can be a daunting task! There are a plethora of decisions to make, multiple steps involved and many risks associated with every decision. Although it can feel daunting, the thought of having your own practice can also bring visions of creating your own hours, seeing the clients that you choose and having the freedom to make your own decisions for your practice.
After 27 years in the field of education, I made a career change and am now a therapist. I have enough life experience to bring that wisdom to the table while being new enough in the field to be able to connect with the challenges of building a new practice. Whether you are an associate/intern or whether you have been in a group practice and are now wanting to begin your own private practice, reach out today! You do not have to take this journey alone!
